- Roy was supposed to meet with the D.C.D.O. and the water officers. All the officers were gone to the field. Roy spoke to the D.C.D.O. on phone and he advised Roy to deposit the papers with the office so he can work on them when he returned to the office. Roy handed the papers to the secretary to the D.C.D.O.
