Alex B met the leaders about their roles and responsibilities. The chairperson of the group was not their but the Lc1 attended the meeting since he is a member on the committee. He told them as each has a duty to do on the committee. The leaders are members of the community and were chosen from from the community. The village already has setting to follow but there need to improve it. It is the few that was selected to come up with idea that will make it better.He asked them to be examples as leaders. The committee is of seven people and are expected to provide services to the community. They are to promote unity among themselves and in the community.When the leaders are productive during their committee meetings,then the community or the group will benefit from them. He asked the leaders every one to play his or her role at all times for the good of committee and the community. The responsibilities of the committee are set up by the committee or the community to come with them for their leaders. The chairperson and vice chairperson were not present and made Alex B to teach about general duties of the committee. The Lc1 David suggested that during the next meeting committee members should attend in person. The members bought the idea and promised all to participate since were chosen by members to lead them and for the good of their village. He will continue with lesson of the roles and responsibilities of the committee during the next visit .He will let each office on the committee know what is supposed to do.
