Abraham met eight Kivule community members and leaders, the purpose was to make a document which they will use registering their group at the district. Abraham was told that the chairpersons Mr Christopher lost her father in-law and they first went to meet them at for the loss. They met Mr Christopher and his wife Nola and encouraged them to be firm in this hard time for them for loosing two family members within a year. Then they met the members where they wrote minutes which they will use to register the group at the district. Abraham thanked them for showing unity during the time when their chairman lost his mother in- law because he was told that they brought food, money as a group to help their chairman which was so good. He told them to continue asking those who have not yet contributed money for registration because it can help them in somethings they want to do as a group. They chairman told Abraham that they need to meet as a group because the time they were building their church building they did not involve all the members and some member think that they were left outside. Abraham told the chairman that is is a great idea because they need to know building a church building is not Kibo’s program even if it is good. They need to come together and make Kivule village a better place for all because now they have a church building as a place to do meetings yet at first they were meeting under a mango tree and they could suffer when it rains. 

Next Visit

2020-09-21 - Purpose: To discuss how they are going to work together even if the church built a church building with few members in the group. To confirm to members that Kibo is not building church building but this is done outside Kibo and Kibo wants them to continue doing things as a village.

They drafted the minutes to take to the district for registering the group

There those who had not contributed towards registering the group and they promised soon as they harvest their rice.
