- Roy went to the District to continue pursuing the District registration permit. That is issued ahead of the M.O.U. signing. The D.C.D.O. the principle person dealing with the issue was in the field and did not return by the time Roy left. However the probation officer said he would convey Roy's concerns to the D.C.D.O.
