Alex B met committee members about their roles and responsibilities.They also contributed how they should render services to the community. The leaders were told how they should operate in their elected offices. The chairperson as he is to call and guide meeting and ensure that there is unity and love among the members. The vice chairperson is to perform all the duties when the chairperson is absent. The secretary is to note down all information of the group and organize minutes in order after meetings. The treasury is the custodian of all the property of the group. The mobilizers are to coordinate or pass information between the committee and the rest of the members.The Lc1 is to advise and government representative on the committee to as to ensure that all meetings and activities are known legally in the community. More was discussed about leadership of the committee. He also told the committee that ideas to develop the community begins with the leaders what they have as a committee. The challenges that can come on their way helps them to discuss how to improve their services to members. He urged them to live or being examples to the rest of the members in every aspect. Kaisu the chairperson reported that more members of the community have expressed interest of planting trees. He said two people resent dug holes and one has twenty and another thirty five. The Lc1 David advised the fellow committee members to embrace the kibo group program and together for the benefit of the community.He pledged to give them all the support they will need to develop the village he leads. Alex B thanked them for ideas and good corporation during the meeting. The next meeting all the members will attend the meeting. We shall discuss the role and responsibilities of the leaders and also that of members together.

2020-09-25 - Purpose: To discuss with the committee members and the community how they can work together. What is expected from leaders as service to the people and the roles of the community.
