- Ida went to Nawandyo and taught about the Tongue to group A. She asked five people to volunteer two men and three women. These acted as a telephone line whereby Ida had to speak to him behind the house in order to maintain social distance, she didn’t whisper as usual but spoke out. At the end of the skit Ida’s message had changed completely. Ida request the members not to blame anyone because that’s what happens always when we don’t dig more and just listen to the phrases people tell us. After the telephone game (skit) Badiru stood and gave a testimony, he refused to pay school fees for daughter just because someone came and told him how the daughter was misbehaving with multiple boys. He got so annoyed that she chased his daughter from home. Good enough Jalia the daughter went to the aunt’s home and explained everything because the aunt listened whereas the dad refused to listen. The aunt helped and paid school fees when peace talks were going on between dad and aunt. Finally the truth came out that the person who brought the rumor was jealousy of Badiru because his daughter had dropped out from school and yet Badiru’s was still in school. Members learned a lot from the lesson and realized how a word can cause domestic violence in the community. Ida concluded with a memory verse from Ephesians 4:29.

- Hadijah one of the community members re taught the lesson of Loving others as Ida watched. It was cool seeing this shy woman standing boldly before everyone including her husband and teaching! The review was great and most the important notes were pointed out.
