- Renew the N.G.O. operating permit.

- Roy presented the required documents for the renewal of the N.G.O. permit for the second time for consideration. On scrutiny the officer told Roy to provide a more comprehensive report even showing activity pictures for the past three years. The officer also wanted a record of the real conversation that took place between the Directors as they deliberated the issues of Kibo Group and leading to the decision to renew the Kibo Group operating permit. Roy must gather that and go back to Kampala to present them.
