- Alex B met the leaders and the community how they can work together.He also discussed with them what is expected from both parties. The meeting was opened by the word of prayer.The chairperson Lc1 gave a welcome remark and he reminded the community to keep time for meeting.The elected chairman Nkoono thanked those that turn up for the meeting and urged them to participate during the meeting. Alex B told them that leaders and the rest of the people are all human being.He urged them that there was no way how all of them will be leaders.It only a good community member that can make a good leader. He told them once the leaders want to communicate to the members then they expect people that will listen to them. Leaders are not rulers but mostly guide the rest of the people.There is need always to come to agreement during the discussion. During the meeting he told them as they need to agree on meeting time to avoid of some being early and others late.He also urged all to remind one another for the day and time of their meeting. Mobilizers may not be able to reach to everyone,but Incase as are going for meeting,you need to remind others as a concerned member. The leaders can remind the community and community can do the same. Moses one of the members was concerned about how people are cutting down trees to burn charcoals and asked what can done save some of the trees. Alex B answered him that what should be done is to plant more trees or replace that are being cut down. He advised them that when you cut one plant two or three the same or the following day. He told the members that next meeting will be for By-laws .

- 2020-10-12 - Purpose: To teach the members about the need and importance of By-laws.We shall discuss with the members the few Bylaws to begin with that are good for them .
