Notes
Alex B met the community about the bylaws and their importance to them. The Lc1 chairperson was present. Alex B told the members that laws begin right away in their homes. He informed them that discipline is part of laws that can be put in place by human beings. Personal behaviors are laws that guide or lead individuals. The community or group of people should have laws to guid them. They might be bylaws where by after be laws. The community already selected leaders and there after bylaws are important to them. Balinaine a member suggested that they do not have specific time and day for their meetings, there was need for it . He also added that some members absent themselves without a notice. In response Alex B thanked him and suggested to them to all to agree about it and make bylaws for them. Members agreed that meetings should begin at 1:00pm since all them would have come home from garden work .The day for meetings has implications.one it may require the following day to have another depending on the urgency of coming together.Another one is a weekly or monthly meetings. He suggested to them to have weekly meetings since they have mobilizers to communicate to them from the chairperson. Also to notify the leaders as one may be absent from the meeting. In the next meeting we shall continue with them in making bylaws for the group.
