Lesson Taught
Anger: Introduction
Notes
Ida went to Nawandyo A group B to introduce the Anger management lesson. She asked the community to tell the meaning of Anger. Swaliki said that it’s a demon that drives people crazy and makes them do things they shouldn’t have done. Ida asked the community to list the causes of anger. Kagoya said that adding on other wives annoy women so much. Rumors, women being dirty annoys men and also men denying their responsibilities. What can we do to avoid reacting negatively ? Naigaga said that when angered, walk away for a while. Sieve what you have heard before reacting. Involve some elderly people to help and counsel. Love and forgive. Ida encouraged the community members to avoid the quiet game because its the first enemy to marred couples, talk peacefully about the issue and find out solutions. The chairperson thanked Kibo for teaching them about anger which has damaged many homes.
