- Irene went to bupeni to continue with her family planning lesson basically to teach about the barriers, side effects,complications, solutions to the complications and to demonstrate on the different methods. Irene was introduced by the VHT who welcomed all the members and thanked them for following the government’s directives on COVID19 then he invited Irene to continue with the meeting. Irene started with a recap of the previous lesson then asked the members what could be the challenge to using family planning methods, Moses said once the women are using family planning methods they are ever in their periods, Fred said they lose appetite or the urge for sexual desires, Sylvia said she gets lower abdominal pains, our men refuse us to use family planning said the other member, more challenges as the discussion continued. Irene then asked the members some of the methods that they have used , giving solutions to the challenges Irene encouraged the community members to always visit the hospital or to go back to the health care provider for follow up on the method given . Irene also encouraged the community members to always use qualified health providers so as to have the proper method.

- Yes, Fred’s wife was developing an infection after delivery but she told Irene that after her advise to people about seeking medical care she decided to go early to hospital which helped her to heal.
