- Alex B and Chris engaged the community members about their treasurer and their plans to benefit from soybean project. Alex b and Chris were able to meet 9 men and 11 women with the whole committee well presented. The chairperson of the group Saul represented that the garden project is doing good with some few challenges. He told them as when members are called to go and provide labour few turn up and yet all are responsible for the garden. Mr Living one of the members also said that there is need to have money with the treasury for development of the group or members. He asked the members to support the group in order for members to be assisted with money. Alex B advised them on the issue of the garden members to set up days when to go to work on the project. He also told them still the mobilizers to remind them because anything can happen in between and the day changes for them to work. The group need money in order to run up the project of the group. The issue of how the individuals are going to benefit from the project,suggested to them that they should always predict how much they hope to harvest from the project . Alex b and Chris will be going back to Bupaluka village To continue engaging the community with issues concerning their treasurer and how the members will benefit from their garden project. We shall also discuss the plan for the group of the next season since are doing farming as a group.
