Notes
David and Steven were in kirwanire village. And their intentions of going there was to continue encouraging the residents to work hard and improve on their sanitation standards. As they were in the village they moved from the upper section with the VHT throughout the trading centre up to the lower section. And as they were in the trading centre this is what was noted . Most of the homes for the complicated residents in the trading centre had some good sanitation improvements. For example Balilayine,s neighbor who used to disturb David and Steven by not wanting to dig another pit latrine after the old one was almost getting filled up . And the neighbors of Balilayine were ever complaining before the kibo staff to talk to him so that he would be able to start digging anew pit . Because the flies used to invade the neighbors food during when they were served eating food. However it was David and Steven,s pressure finding the neighbors of Balilayine extremely happier because he was digging a 22 feet deeper pit. Also the VHT advised Balilayine during the construction process that he should call her for further adverse. Continuously as they kept moving they also found Bakuza George who was starting to dig his new pit but unfortunately his land was full of bedrocks . So David advised him to get the kibo pick axe from the lower section where it was being used by kisame who had completed 30 feet deeper new pit . However they left Bakuza when he was going to look for the pick axe from lower section for his work efficiency. Unfortunately as they continued moving towards the lower section they ca e across the home of lsoota Kadhili whose pit latrine was affected by the on going rains. Since he was one of the most complicated homes in the village, they asked him about what was his way forward . He strongly answered that he was requesting David and Steven to give him three day. Isoota strongly requested for a grace period of one week before his new dug pit latrine would be ready for usage. David agreed and gave him one week in order to see if he would make it happen. As they decided to go and meet at the chairman’s home Bogere Hasani, the rains stated and therefore they had to leave for jinja.Reason in fear for the bad roads before jinja . Unfortunately David and Steven left the village in fear of the continuous rains which would slower down the work efficiency of the sanitation improvements work in kirwanire. Yet the village was getting closer to the third evaluation.
