- Roy went to the URSB to certify the certificate of incorporation for purposes of renewing the N.G.O. permit. The process took much longer due to new covid- 19 regulations. The office was operating under tents out of the office. It was a very rainy day and people were crammed into the tent ignoring social distancing. The process normally takes two working days.
