- Roy was invited back to the N.G.O. bureau for perusal of the file Roy submitted earlier. Roy had a seating session with one of the N.G.O. officials and they went through the file. The official to Roy that the accounts were fine but the report was not backed up by sufficient records of events like pictures. The biggest problem was with the Mvule program that had a large alocation of funds and very scanty record of districbution of the goats. Roy was told to file more info espcially about the Mvule program
