Ida went to Nawandyo A to continue teaching the anger management lesson.
She asked the community members what dangers can anger cause?
Muhammad said that anger can cause fights which can result into deaths.
David said anger can cause suicide missions.
Nabwire said that anger can cause damaging of objects and can make someone beat up a child or kill.
Ida asked the community members to tell her what can be done to avoid dangers of anger.
The chairperson said that to walk away and come back when the anger is gone or reduced.
Lovisa said that keep quiet and ask for forgiveness.
After the recap Ida introduced the poultry lesson. Asked the community members what is a chicken? None of the members knew how to explain what a chicken is but showed it to her. But a chicken is a bird that was officially allowed to give an in-law in Busoga culture. Ida encouraged the community members to love chickens that’s when they will get good results. When you do something you don’t want, it’s hard to give it enough time because of other priorities.
Ida also asked the community to avoid sharing houses with chickens or other animals due to diseases that are caused by chickens and animals.
Sowed closed the meeting with a prayer.
