- 1. Submit new M.O.U. 2. Pick Permit.
- Visit Report
- 1. Roy took the new and revised M.O.U. draft copy to the District for consideration. The Senior probation Officer looked through the document and told Roy to return to the office Monday October 26, 2020 when the C.A.O. would be in the office so that the document could be discussed fully since it is different from the old expired one. 2. Roy went to pick up the processed District permit. Roy was given the signed copy of the document. That means that Kibo can safely and legally operate in Bugiri District although Kib Group still need to sign an M.O.U. with the District which is what Roy is preparing for.

- 2020-10-26 - Purpose: Roy was invited back to the District for a discussion about the new draft M.O.U. that Kibo Group has drafted as standard for all Districts. The Senior Probation Officer who spoke to Roy said it was the C.A.O. that was in position to determine whether that M.O.U. would be accepted by the District.
