They will be moving to those homes which will have not paid their borehole contributions in the evenings after when the members in those homes are free from their daily garden work. 
Ws Notes
David and Steven went to bulyowa to continue guiding the community members on the fence construction as well as continuing moving home to home trying to encourage everyone to contribute towards the borehole account as well as the soak pit maintenance . They first moved to Lolian’s home and Nviri Laliyo,s home, as they were the only two people who were not meeting the required sanitation standards. Nviri laliyo had worked and improved on all his home hygiene facilities but reaching to lolians,s home for him he was in the process of finishing up his latrine construction. Therefore Kibo staff together with the water user committee members gave lolian two weeks to finish up with the construction of his latrine. As they were leaving Lolian’s home they met the c.d.o of ivukula he was also heading towards Lolian’s home. He also wanted to check on the progress in Lolian’s home because Kibo staff together with the water and sanitation committee members had reported lolian as being the most stubbornest member in the community who never wants to improve on his hygiene facilities. He used to also hide even when Tom(CLTS) was working in that village.David, Steven and Tom were able to meet him and encouraged him to improve. They later went ahead to where the chairman of the village mr sadiki and other committee members were digging the soak pit. They found that they had done substandard work and they were advised by Steven and David to reconstruct a good soak pit by guiding them on the dimensions. They continued discussing with them how they would get the money for the borehole account. They all resorted to locking up of the borehole they said that they would be opening it for only those who will have paid because they told David that they had so far collected 150000 for the two boreholes yet each borehole was supposed to contribute 200000 shillings. They left with them two assignments one was to finish up with the construction of the-two fences on both boreholes. Secondly to move in the homes which have not paid their borehole contributions. They also preached unity amongst all the community members for the sustainability of their borehole. . Generally the members have worked hard and improved upon their hygiene standards about 90 percentage in almost every hygiene facility in every home
