- Submit revised M.O.U. & renew permit/M.O.U.
- Visit Report
- Roy went to Kaliro District to submit the new and revised M.O.U. to Kaliro District. Roy met with the Probation officer to discuss the issue. The probation officer looked through the document briefly and then said 1. It would be the C.A.O. to determine if the document would be sufficient for the District to adopt. 2. The Probation officer told Roy that now the District procedure is first for the N.G.O. to furnish the District with the latest 4terly returns; in the case of Kibo it is the last quarter of the year 2020. The probation officer said it was o.k. for Kibo Group to use the document deposit slips given by the N.G.O. bureau to process the renewal of the permit and m.o.u..

- 2020-10-30 - Purpose: Friday October 30, 2020 Roy will go back to Bugiri District to meet with the D.C.D.O. and C.A.O. to discuss the renewal of the Kibo Group/Bugiri District M.O.U. This is following the District having given Kibo Group a permit to operate as it pushes the M.O.U. through the District procedures of renewal which include being cleared to work in the District during covid- 19. Roy has called and the probation officer said that the C.A.O. and the D.C.D.O. will both be at the station tomorrow.
