Alex B and Chris met the community how from the bylaws will be able to draft the constitution. The CDO of their sub county Hilary attended the meeting. The meeting was opened by prayer and was led by one of the community member. The Lc1 David gave the welcome remarks.He asked them to give in time and listen to the the visitors. Alex B thanked the community for turning up for the meeting.He introduced the CDO and Chris to them. He told them as the time was given to the CDO teach them about the bylaws and how it will help to get to the constitution making. Hilary by government officer taught them to embrace the programs from Kibo Group. He told them that bylaws are important in the community.All development are achieved in a group of people when they have laws guiding them. He told them all government programs are achieved after forming groups.He advised them to have bylaws for the smooth running leadership in the group.Time and day for meetings is good to be agreed on by all members.Attendance was also for members to decide how they should do it . He guided them to know that they will need money for registration. Community can achieve or benefit from government programs when they have formed group. Alex B told them that all projects that are done in a group should be guided by a document that are in the bylaws. He advised them that what is in the bylaws can be captured in the constitution. They should come up with laws to begin with that are good and manageable for everyone. kaisu the chairperson of the group on behalf of the community asked when they will receive trees from kibo group for planting. The concern was that the holes was dug in February 2020. Alex B answered him that when trees are ready,they will be delivered to them.
