- Roy introduced himself to the office of the D.C.D.O. Buyende Dist. and handed the document to the lady who told Roy that the D.C.D.O. was gone to the landing site on lake Kyoga about twenty Km away for an urgent community meeting. She asked Roy to call within the next week to fix an appointment so the document could be reviewed.

- 2020-11-04 - Purpose: Roy will be taking the final copies of the new and revised M.O.U. to Bugiri Dist. for signing. This after the D.C.D.O. cleared the document as sufficient for the Dist. to commit to and sign.
