Notes
Alex B when he arrived he was received by Living one of the mobilizers of the group. We immediately together went to garden to see how the project was doing before the meeting. On the way back for the meeting place it started raining.
When we arrived at the meeting place the rain was much.We always meet under a tree because of the shade. Living the mobilizer had to go for shelter and for me to the car. When it reduced, Saul the chairperson and Living came though it was still raining. The members could not come because of rain. Saul said that members will not attend the meeting as it was already half past two o’clock.
Alex B asked the two to organize the members and harvest the soybeans since it was ready.
The meeting was to engage the community in person and group savage. This is when the community is a bout to harvest their crops.
We agreed to meet on 18/11/2020 for the agenda that was meant to be for to day.
