- Manuela went to Nabikenge village to teach about women and HIV and disease Progression. This lessons are aimed at educating the participants to understand that women are very at risk of getting the virus, and disease Progression helps the participants to know the time the virus takes in the human body from the time of infection to the time that the person start developing signs and symptoms that are associated with Aids. Overview Manuela delayed on the road and reached late in the village because of bad roads and it rained heavily on the previous day. She found nine members waiting for her she greeted them and requested for one of the participants to give an opening prayer. After that, Manuela asked the participants about the previous lessons they tried to share their ideas though they were few. After that, as Manuela was introducing her lesson, than it started to rain, since the road are bad the community members requested Manuela to go back while it’s raining so that they don’t get stuck again in on the road. They even told her that they will learn next time, out of the nine members present, five went away to remove their crops not to be washed by rain. Manuela told the the members that in the next visit they will be taught by Lorna on that same lesson.
