Abraham met twelve Kazimbakujira community members and the purpose was to make by- laws which will govern them before writing their constitution. The chairperson of the group Mr John told the meeting that they decided that they are going to be meeting at the centre of Kazimbakujira because they were meeting at the school compound but because of coronavirus the put restrictions around the school. He said that they hope all their meetings to start at 1 pm to 3pm and that makes that to discuss in the two hours. One of the member suggested that if one members missing meetings for three consecutive days without a proper reason then the leaders will talk to him or her and he or she does not come for the fourth time then he or she will be removed from the group. Abraham encouraged the meeting to continue thinking not only for the bylaws but also what they hope to do in future as a group. He told them that what they are Putting down are just bylaws because they need them as they will be thinking to write their constitution. Any group needs to have anything governing them and that is why they are making their bylaws so that in future they will guide them in constitution writing. He advised them to have a list of those who are going to plant trees and divide two hundred Mvule seedings and two hundred Musizi they will receive from Kibo. Many of the members finished digging holes for the trees and the chairperson is going to check at the Iwemba sub county who are going to plant five Mvule trees near the government offices.
