- Tom made a visit to Mpumiro village to meet with village leaders to discuss about areas they need to emphasize and accomplish before the third evaluation. When he arrived in the village, he found when there were funerals in the two neighboring villages one funeral in Nawandagala village and another in Bugaali village. One of the members who was present mr Musa went around and was able to get some members. After a group of about five members, Tom discussed with them on how to move forward before the third evaluation. The members discussed that they were going to move to the few target homes that are still lagging behind. So far they said only four homes are yet to construct latrines. Some have started as well. Tom also emphasized more efforts to be put into encouraging residents to construct the dish racks as its one other facility lagging behind. As Tom was still discussing, he received a call from Irene letting him know that some areas along the main road had demonstrations. Tom decided to end the meeting and head back to jinja. On the way he visited some homes that are constructing and one had finished the slab. Tom encouraged the resident to continue with the construction and finish the latrine.
