Alex B met the leaders about the sources of money for saving and identify more activities they can do other than agriculture. When he arrived he found the Saul the chairperson at his home. This is because since COVID 19 started,group meetings are held at his home. We waited for some time and the rest of the leaders also came in for the meeting. The began with prayer and was led by the chairperson of the group. Saul as the chairperson gave his welcoming remarks. He thanked his fellow members for turning up for the meeting. He talked about the harvest of their soybeans as they have so far 100 kgs and some are still in the garden. He asked them to mobilize the members to go and harvest the balance. Alex B told them that it good to make personal and group saving.He suggested to them that as they need to identify projects that are short and long team projects. He added that they need to do business and also do agriculture. To begin with small business that can help them to have daily or weekly income that will drive them to regular saving.He added that to have business of food staff and none but of that can earn add them of doing saving. Merry a committee member suggested that since there so many fruits like jackfruit,mangoes and oranges can be sold in trading center which is near with them. She added on that plants like eggplant,dodo greens and other types of green vegetables that take short period can help them to earn money for personal saving.The juice from local bananas people want it and can be sold in centers. Living suggested that if they make pancakes in their homes and that when people know about it,can be bought. He added that some of them can do business of sweet banana since people like to eat them. Alex B thanked them for their contribution. He advised them to make costs of those items of business and how to get them . 

Next Visit

2020-12-09 - Purpose: We shall discuss all the members of group after identifying what they can do how to fund those business. Alex B will guide and advise them to begin with those that require small capital and yet give good profit.
