Abraham and Chris met thirty one community members and the purpose was to check how they planted the trees to make sure they followed the guidelines which were given to them such as from a tree to has to be thirty meters. They met the chairman at the meeting place at the centre and they moved around checking the trees, they went to a guy called Richard Kakolo who took them around checking the trees. He told them that he is a chairman of youth farmers association in Bugiri district. The trees were looking good and some followed the guidelines but still some did not and Abraham advised them to make sure that from a tree to another has to be 30 meters because the tree will be big and if they plant closer they will not grow anything underneath it. The branches will overlap and it is difficult for any crop to grow because there will be not enough sunlight for them. They went to a lady who planted some trees and also she is growing mushrooms, it was amazing to see where she grows the mushrooms in the house. She said that a kilogram of mushroom is at eight thousand shillings and she dries some because sometimes she may not get a market straight away but she dries them so that she can sell them anytime. Abraham thanked the members for planting trees and he told Richard Kakolo to be helping other because for him he has some knowledge about planting trees. Kasolo said that he wants to pattern with Kibo to plant trees on the hill the government gave them to plant trees as much as they can, they planted some pine tree near they hill. They checked thirty one members and it was becoming late and they gave the chairperson Mr John a form to fill in the names of those who planted the trees and they have to sign for the them.

2020-12-02 - Purpose: To finish checking the members near the hill how they planted the trees and guide them if they did not follow the guidelines like from a tree to another has to be 30 meters.
