- Alex B checked members with their trees how they planted and how they were caring for them . He was received by chairperson of the group Kaisu Ronald. Kaisu the chairperson reported that members were grateful to receive trees from kibo group .He added that all the trees were taken by members and promised to have planted them. They moved around to see how trees were planted and also to advise them how to care for them.He manage to check with ten members and it was noted that some needed to be encouraged how to care for their trees. The members planted the tree but some could not meet the standard of how to care for them.Some members could water them during day time when it is hot and yet best time is in the morning and late evening. Alex B advised those that there trees he managed to see and promised to check with all of them. This is when he checked with the chairperson,some of his trees were lacking hedges. He could not cover all the members since they are not close to one another.The trees are planted in their gardens and some a distance from their homes. He agreed with the leaders to continue with exercise on 11/9/2020.He asked them to let all the family members to be responsible for caring the tree.

- 2020-12-11 - Purpose: To continue checking with members and advise them how to care for the trees in their homes .He will check on the hedges,way of watering the trees and see if they are free from bush.
