- Alex B met the members Bupaluka to identify the small business they can do as individuals. They are to develop themselves from a humble beginning. There was a need to come up with a list of items that can be dealt in to earn a living.The businesses should need small capital. The meeting began with prayer that was led by Mrs. Mutooto. The secretary of the group Peter gave remarks on half of the chairperson. He thanked them for turning up for the meeting and asked them to participate during the meeting. Alex B asked members to come up with projects that can be done as for individuals. The business will help them to earn a living and be able to make savings. Mary a member suggested that women in the community ca do business in their treading center which is nearby their home or right from their homes. The members came up with a list if items and after some were dropped. They suggested to make millet porridge, buy jackfruit and after sell to people to eat, deal in tomatoes,eggplant small fish which dry for source,pancakes.These need small capital to begin with to buy them . They need to have garden greens that require short period to be ready for sell like dodo,eggplant, pease. Living a member suggested that men can operate business that may require them to ride bicycles and get money for them to support their homes and be able to make savings.He suggested that jackfruit, one can be bought at three thousand shillings and be sold at eight thousand shillings at one the tread center on the main road. Besides the individual business,the harvest from their garden of soybeans is 125 kgms. They are waiting for price to increase. They are also planning to continue with a group garden projects . They are planing to have two gardens of different crops in the year 2021 . The next meeting we shall discuss the sources of getting money for business they will. be doing. as individuals.
