Learning Objectives

To educate the participants about the value of goods communication.

Notes

Manuela went to this village to teach the community members about communication skills but she taught on what is communication and the importance of good communication, means then she also taught about communication behavior Attack and Avoid. Overview Manuela reached the village found some participants at the meeting place, Manuela greeted them and requested for chairman to open the meeting, one of the participants prayed then Manuela introduced the lessons. In introduction, Manuela said that communication is a good lesson because we learnt how to manage what our tongue and the wards. Manuela also explained to the participants to make use of all communication means so that they are up to date because today’s Uganda needs information all the time. Manuela started her lesson by asking the participants that what is communication? What are the different means of communication, members tried to share their ideas for example one said communication means talking with one another. Manuela explained to them what communication skills is, that it means the sending and receiving of massages from one person to another with an effective feed back. Manuela explained to the community members that in a home there must be good communication that can lead to mutual understanding between parents and children likewise in the community. Manuela went on and also said that in life we should try to avoid problems and situation that can cause issues which can bring problems to individual. Manuela told the parent to mind their wards that they speak in front of their children because children learn a lot from them more especially when they are still young, she told them to avoid valgar wards. Manuela also said that attacking people is not a good way to go, community members should be encouraged to love one other so that they can avoid problems that end up bringing people. One of the participants said that it will not be easy to stay way from such instances for example Attacking behavior because there are some situations in community that can be managed when you Attack the opponent, Manuela responded to him advising him that such problems can be avoided so that they don’t result in problems that can lead waste of money and maybe imprisonment just in case you have hurt someone in the community or even killed. Manuela asked the participants that what are dangers of attacking situations? They said it can lead to imprisoment, hate red, weastage of money and other issues, then she also asked the participants again how about the Avoid behavior, they said there will be peace , love development and among other. Finally, she told the participants that soon they will be doing end of program test. F
