- This village is at a stage of borehole survey and this is expected this week. The village people are very happy and eager to see how the survey is done after Alex prepared them on how they have to handle this tricky process.

- Alex met with the new water user committee of Buyange village to find out how much they have raised from the community towards the borehole contributions. The community has so far raised 300,000sh and still fundraising more from the community since they have to raise also money to feed those that will work on the borehole construction. Alex was happy that the committee has become more active since last week when things were very slow and the community have realized the importance of raising the money. Alex also was happy to see that the women have embarked on smearing their kitchens and even though it was raining so hard in this community, majority have tried to smear their sanitation facilities. Alex also talked to the community members to be around when the surveyor comes in their village this week for the surveying process and to participate whenever called upon to help by the surveyor. Also he talked to the committee to keep in mind to feed the surveyor and on a good note the community have so far raised 300,000sh. Alex still had a training lesson with the committtee preparing them for the survey process and how they have to guide the rest of the community members and how to participate during this borehole survey. The surveyor has confirmed coming for the survey process to Buyange and Budumba this week and Alex has prepared the community to this level
