- To attend end of year stakeholders' meeting

- Roy was asked to present in the meeting the accomplishments and plans of Kibo in the District. Roy gave the history of activities in the District and reminded the leadership that Kibo has been active in the District since it was first registered in 2013. Roy complained to them that it was taking him very long just to renew the M,O,U, a process that Roy told them only needed a short time. The District chairman told Roy that the District was very grateful to Kibo for the services rendered but he stressed that it was Kibo's duty and responsibility to process the M.O.U. and any other documentation. Another issue that was raised was the issue of funding the stakeholders' meetings at the District that the District was saying the N.G.O.s take responsibility for. Plus the transportation and facilitation of District officials was also pointed out that it is expected to be the responsibility of the particular N.G.O.

- 2020-12-11 - Purpose: Roy was invited by the Chairperson to go back to the District following Roy's complaint that it was taking too long to process the renewal of the M.O.U. The purpose is to work on the issue as quickly as possible.
