- Alex B and Chris met the members about their constitution. They discussed with them how to manage their funds that is contributed by themselves. The meeting was opened by preyer and it was led by the Lc1 chairperson. He also after welcomed the members for the meeting and thanked them for their contributions about their draft constitution.He told them as there is need for leaders in the group to do their responsibilities. Chris told the members that development mostly is about money in the members of the group.He said all achievements are are based on money,and it important to know how to manage funds of the group. In the constitution should be well put right how members will contribute,spend and benefit out that money. He said that money is received by the treasurer and managed by the committee,but the way how to spend it is authorized by all the members. He added that all activities of the group will need money and members to make development will require funds .He cited out things like books for records, pens and when they will need to type their constitution. Alex B told members that since was last day year 2020 until next 2021. He asked them to continue with their regular meeting. He advised them to finish up with draft constitution so that next year 2021 when kibo group resumes to work the group will start the process of registration. Alex B and Chris wished the community merry Christmas and good new year 2021.
