Notes
Irene went to kalitumba to continue with the follow up and together with the vht moved to the lower section checking on the sanitation and hygiene, pregnant women those with babies and the nutrition status of the community members. Irene was grateful that the members in the lower section were clean and had embraced the health education lessons. The women took their children for immunization and brought the immunization records to show Irene and for her to explain the meaning of the different dates. Maria is a mother who has had 7 pregnancies but lost three of the babies before they reached three years and for this pregnancy she decided to go for the antenatal treatment and promised to be taking her babies for full immunization. With that Irene urged all the women to go for medical examination and to take their children to the hospital the moment they realize that there is a change in their daily health for proper treatment. Irene also requested the members to keep practicing what they had discussed and to meet next year for the other lesson.
