Alex B and Chris met the Lc1 and few leaders of the group to know how the community was after the general elections. This was because people support different parties. It was necessary to meet the leaders before all people could be met after knowing how they were behaving. The Lc1 Otim welcomed the Kibo staff and true with other few community members.Alex B thanked them for the election period they went through.He also thanked them for the new year 2021.The leaders were asked if they were some challenges during and after the election,and if were there how did they manage them. Eddy said that during the election period members were calm and the community was peaceful. He added that even they a member in the group who stood as a councilor and managed to emerge the winner to the district by the name Paul. The few who had different mind from the majority in the community easily accepted and all embraced one another for good of their community. They also reported as the season is hot leading to some of their trees not doing good.They promised to see that the living ones do not die because of sunshine. Chris asked them to work with the community to see that development is achieved in the village. He told them that love is important in their midst to develop the community. Politics is there for a season but most importantly is unity.He urged them to care for the trees they planted fro Kibo group. Alex B ,Chris and the leaders managed to check up with members to see how their trees were doing.They told them to to be watering their trees in the morning and evening for them not to die because of sunshine. Since the village is peaceful,they all agreed that next meeting all the members will attend the meeting.
