Abraham met twelve Kitukiro community leaders and the purpose was to discuss how they can go forward after the elections which has divided communities. The chairperson Mss Base told the group that they took their constitution to the sub county and the CDO visited the group last Friday, he wanted to prove if the group is doing what they say they do for example saving scheme. She said that he was impressed with what they are doing and promised to work with them to make sure the group is registered at the Bugaya sub county. She also thanked the members for not divide the group because of politics even if their some few who are struggling because of the last elections and as a group they will meet those members to see that they are all at the same page. Abraham thanked them for passing through that hard time of politics while there is no big problem occurred. He told them that as Kibo we work all the village members no segregation among the members, they welcome all despite whom you support,religion and tribe. Kibo knows that at least there is misunderstanding because someone supported the one you did not support but always they have to know that they need to treat their neighbors well. He encouraged them to talk to those who are still struggling to see that they can continue working together as a village because their goal is to make the village a better place than it is now. He reminded them to think about how they will carry on the process of giving soft loans to the members because they have to come up with guidelines before giving soft loans like the guarantees who will make sure the one who takes the group money has to bring back the group money, for them also to know what business the borrower going to do so that they can advise him or her, what interest percentage will the borrowers bring back on top of their money because they have agree and sign before taking the money and period. They said they are going to work on it and by the next meeting they will have got the answers.

2021-02-26 - Purpose: To discuss how they will register the group at the district after finishing the sub county.

They are continuing with saving scheme and they will be giving soft loans to the members who want to do business so that they can bring back with small interests
