- Ida and Diana went to Bukhudumira to introduce the community empowerment program. The LC1 and his secretary welcomed us. The chairperson said that Kibo has good programs and they are really happy that the office added them another program to work in their community. He said that they are really blessed and honored to be chosen among the many communities. The community clapped their hands in response to the chairman’s words. Diana and Ida introduced themselves to the community and thanked the community for welcoming them. Ida and Diana asked them their expectations, they said that they expect a lot from us. Ida introduced the program to the community, how we are going to operate and what we expect from the community. She asked them the best day to meet and the time, they chose Monday, the time12:30pm. Ida told them that they need to keep time in order for them to benefit from the community program. The community members agreed and promised to abide by that. They were so happy when they heard that the lessons like domestic violence, parenting are also inclusive. Everything went on well they thanked us for loving them and wished us a safe journey.
