- Roy went to Kaliro District in response to an invitation from theoffice of the L.C.V. to work together to renew the District registration and M.O.U. The chairman was gone but Roy discussed the issue with the Probation officer. The officer told Roy to file the 1st. quarter report, and attach a District activity report plus a work plan and the expired certificates. He also told Roy that the D.E.O. had not yet identified the schools for the life skills program to work in and the water officer had not compiled a list of boreholes needing repair. Roy must stay in telephone contact.
