Introduction
Lorna went to Nabituluntu village to carry out an Assessment in the lessons taught and teach the Bridge model. The assessment is carried out to know whether whatever was taught was understood and whether they still have the knowledge of Life Skills .
Overview
When Lorna called the village she was informed that one of her members that attended Life Skills lessons Had passed on and was buried the day before. Lorna had talked to the chairman prior and she mentioned that maybe the visit should be cancelled but The vice chairperson however told her it would show together ness and care if she went and gave her condolences. When Lorna reached the village, she was welcomed first at the borehole where they usually meet and then taken to the funeral home which was close by. Lorna asked what happened and the widow told Lorna that they were coming from a funeral and after that her husband asked for water which they gave him but he later became worse and was rushed to hospital. While at the nearest health center, they told them they could not handle the case and so sent them to Mbale. At mbale they told them he was short of blood which they gave him but despite that he passed on. It was very sad.
At the funeral home , Lorna paid her condolences and empathized with the community members. She thanked them for working together and showing love to their fellow community member even when he was still alive. She urged them to carryon with the good relationship and to love and care for each other both in bad and good times.
Conclusion
It’s unfortunate that the day did not go as planned but the vice chairperson and the community members thanked Lorna and Kibo for coming to meet them despite the fact that they did not have their regular meeting. Lorna mentioned to them that they will reschedule for another day.

At the funeral home. As you can see in the background is food cooking for the mourners. They used the open stove because the food was for a large number of people. They use their home built stoves however on normal days
