- Roy met with the officer in charge of disparch and after an hour of waiting Roy was given photocopies of the 1. N.G.O. registration certificate, 2. The rectified N.G.O. permit reflecting the renewed Kibo Group permit for another 60 months. Roy was told to use photo copies of the certificated to procure a new clearance certificate called the Information Request Form - (I.R.S.) from an authority on Rwenzori courts, which when procured has to be presented to the N.G.O. Bureau for the issuance of the original N.G.O. permit copies.
