- Roy met with the secretary to the C.A.O. and the District information officer to discuss the new procedures for N.G.O. renewals and registrations. They said the new and current procedures are already in application. Kibo will now be buying only the annual permit. The N.G.O. forum in the District is inactive and the fees for the forum are not being collected for now.
