Healthy and Safe Kitchens
Notes
Suzan went to the village to finish up with the first evaluation process which was not yet completed. When she arrived there, she met some members who walked her around the village while visiting those homes which were not evaluated yet. As they moved along together,Suzan found some women happily cooking on their new stoves. Almost all the women were greatful for the lessons taught by Kibo group saying how it has helped them change and improve on their lives. They said they no longer suffered from smoke inhalation and other challenges. They saved a lot of time for other activities because the stoves cooked food faster yet it used less firewood. Suzan encouraged them to always maintain their facilities and see that they cook on their stoves everyday. She then thanked them for the good work done and wished them well.
