Notes
Martin and Steven were in Kilwanire, their intention was to check on the new remaining home facilities like the latrine constructions and the hand washing stands. They walked around with the Chairman LC1 and the sanitation committee members. But good enough, the homes who have not yet worked on their new home facilities, some homes have worked on them and some are still working on them. On that day Martin and Steven was encouraging other families how to use their dish racks and how to construct the better shower areas. And others are still working on their home facilities like kitchens and the hand washing stands and the kibo was also was encouraging the residents how to use their small jerrycans for washing their hands after visiting their latrines in order to prevent some diseases like malaria, diarrhea, typhoid plus Covid 19 which is putting much pressure the hall world. Because kibo discovered that poor hygiene can cause such diseases. That’s why every village kibo worked in, the village leaders and community members are appreciating their work. And they were encouraging the residents to work hard on their remaining home facilities, so that they can have other programs from kibo. As kibo is still working in that community as well as the village, the group walked in 28homes.
