- Alex B and Chris went to Kalitumba to check with community how they planted the mvule and musizi trees. They went to advise and how to protect and care the trees from being destroyed. We found the Lc1 waiting for us unfortunately he was sick. Fred and Walube later came and we started checking the community the challenges and how they planted the trees. It was noted that the trees was planted as for the people that were checked.There was issue of not some missed to observe the measures that was given to them. David could not leave space from with his neighbor as he planted mvule .He was advised to re-plant some of them as per the guide lines we agreed on during the demonstration of digging the holes. Also some never put back as they were taught to avoid water lodging From the observation as the members that were checked on,mvule and musizi lacked cadges and community members were asked to put them around for protection. Those that were met promised to care for their trees. The next visit I will continue to check up with members to look at their trees and advise them accordingly.It is good that rain season is on and the trees are doing better.

Kalitumba Alex B advised Fred how to fill the hole with soil to avoid water from lodging around the tree.He also told him to put cadge around it for protection.
Kalitumba — David was being advised to hedge to protect the musizi trees since it was planted along the way that take people to their homes.
Kalitumba—Alex B and chairperson of the group advised the Petulaine to clear bush around the tree and also put cadge around it .The tree were planted but the caring was not good. We agrees that next the trees should be in a good state and healthy.
Kalitumba— Walube his trees were doing good but all lacked cadges.
