- Martin and Steven, were in Kilwanire, their intention was to conduct a general meeting with the village leaders and community members, to discuss about how they can select the water user committee. At fast they had a prayer from Sanon Kaluya, they had a speak from the Chairman LC1 for that village, in his speak, he was appreciating for the good work of kibo in that community as well as the village, after that, they had a speak from one of the sanitation committee members, Ida Naigaga, since kibo started working in that village, she was a had working woman in that village and she is still working so hard on kibo’s program. After that they had a speak from one of the community members Fred kyate, he was also appreciating and encouraging the community how they worked on their home facilities. In order to make their village clean and better. Generally it was a good day, the water user committee was selected, about 7people. They was supposed to select the care taker, but John Mukwata stood up in the meeting and said that, those care taker are supposed to be near the borehole. So the are going to select them after the borehole was drilled and the hall meeting agreed on that. As kibo is still working in that village, after the meeting Martin and Steven left the village to go back to to Jinja, because the time was going.
