Notes
Manuela went to kigalama primary school to teach the pupils about Disease Progression and positive behavior, this lesson was aimed at enabling the pupils to understand the ways through which HIV can live in the person from the time of infection up to the time when that person starts showing up the symptoms and signs that are associated with AIDS. After that Manuela went on explaining to the pupils what positive living is and the practices that can enable an individual who is infected with HIV live positively with the virus. For example she asked the pupils to discuss that in the group then after , pupils presented their findings from their different groups. Manuela requested some pupils to teach their fellow pupils after the lesson this was intended to evaluate if the pupils understood today’s lesson, two boys and two girls participated in this presentation.
