Abraham met thirteen Kivule community members and the purpose was to discuss how they will deal with the two members who don’t regularly come to the meeting yet they complain after their friends passed decisions they have come up with. This usually makes it difficult to come up with decisions because it is always referred back on another day. Not only that but also the members have been demoralized-from attending the meeting because they know that they will not come to conclusion without these members. In their constitution there is a bye-laws that if some member does not attend the meeting without proper reason will pay two thousand shillings but they did not include how many times they need to do this, for example if someone makes it routine, there must be warnings then eventually telling him or her that he is no longer a member. These two men are Migwa Andrew and Nyeba Richard they do not come for the meeting regularly but they complain a lot when they find their friends have decided on something and came to the conclusion. Abraham with the chairperson Mr Christopher went and checked how the piglets for the group are doing and found them doing well, waiting for more two weeks so that they give them to some members who will be also taking care of them. He first had a meeting with the two men Migwa and Richard whereby they shared many things including them respecting their friends decision if they were not around because it has been a concern to many members thinking they are going to repeat the same discussion and they see it as wasting time. They agreed their mistakes and said they are going to reform. He told the meeting the outcome and they were happy and concerning the amount if someone does not show up with a proper reason of not attending meetings was increased from two thousand to five thousand by the members. The meeting ended with shaking hands and promising reforms. The next meeting they will share about how they are going to give loans to the members who want to do business because they have been saving without giving loans but they feel now it is the time to start.

2021-08-09 - Purpose: To meet the leaders and plan a way forward of the program of the program in the community , also follow up with their constitution.
