- Abraham met seven Kivule community leaders and the secretary Mr Ibula told the meeting that Yesterday they spent the all day at the district because the CDO had told them to take their original constitution so that he can work on their registration. He said that they waited for a long time and eventually the CDO came. He told them to give him their certificate which they did he said that he was busy with some other things for the district but what they have to do is to call him after one week. They decided that Mr Mingwa who is a councilor at Nsinze sub county can also help the community to make sure the get their certificate. Abraham told the leaders to continue reminding him with a phone call because they have many things to work on and if they do not remind him it is easy to forget them. They said they will be following up with calls because they finished paying one hundred thousand shillings for registration. He asked Mr Mingwa if it is good idea for him to help and he accepted to do it. Abraham encouraged them to take the message to all the five groups that for the next meeting is about decision to receive goats.
