- Chris and Alex bamulumbye engaged budumba community leadership who included the LC1 chairman, association chairperson, vice chairperson ,secretary, treasurer, two mobilizers and the member, tye engagement was about discussing issues related to sustainability of the community association. All community leaders pledged to sensitize the community members to start sustaining the community association through saving schemes, membership and subscription fees, donations and grants and economic activities like tree planting, poultry and commercial farming. As of now , the community leadership decided to start with saving scheme as the community association progresses on , they chose friday as a saving day. The chairperson said this will keep the community members together but also sustain the community association.
