- The meeting began with prayer and the Lc1 gave his welcome remarks. Then the chairperson of the group Mr. Kiyuba Nathan thanked the members for turning up for the meeting. Good enough they had also decided to have a meeting and discuss how they can run their group.
Alex B asked the members to note down the members who always attend the meetings. He also told them to begin to think about a written document that will guide them as a group. He told them to think of something that will compel them together as a group. The members came up with a suggestion to have a registration fee and they agreed to all pay sh.5000 as registration. They all agreed that after two weeks all of them would have paid in the registration fee.
The committee has been asked to collect views that will help them to write the constitution. They also brought an idea of rearing local hens.
